Non Pressuries Non-Clog Submersible Pump “NSEW” Series

The “HET” presents its unique “NSEW” Series, a Single Stage Submersible Slurry Application Pump. This remarkable pump is equipped with an Agitator and Aerator System, transforming it into a Non-Clog Slurry Pump capable of handling hefty slurry solids up to 40 mm in size, with a capacity to manage heavy slurry up to 2.0 kg/m3.

With a double mechanical seal and one non-pressurized seal, it adeptly handles heavy slurry with a density of up to 2.0 kg/m3, ideal for abrasive, corrosive heavy sludge in diverse industries, including industrial waste removal. The non-pressurized mechanical seal assembly reduces hydraulic pressure on rotating parts, enhancing durability. The single-volute pump casing ensures efficiency, while an inducer, temperature sensors, and a cooling jacket add versatility. Special feature /Advantage :

“HET” Pump Equipped with Tipple Non Pressurize Mechanical Seal to devoid the discharge pressure of liquid ensuring the better life of seal and providing Protection to motor against discharge liquid from entering
“HET” Pump equipped with non-pressurise mechanical seal due to that no effected pump media pressure .
“HET” Pump equipped with agitator / Inducer to break-down and re-suspend settle solids at suction area.
“HET” Pump equipped with motor cooling jacket & “H” Class winding due to that more efficient and perform batter in heavy slurry application.
“HET” Pump provided additional feature on request like Thermistor Sensor for against heat protection of motor in dry run condition ,Moisture Protection for water ingress in motor .
“HET” Pump wetted part are offer with Ni-Hard material of casing or Tungsten /Ceramic coating ( as per application) with Semi open Impeller material with Ni-hard or Hi-Chrome for better performance and better Pump life in Slurry application.
